Wuxi China Resource Micro-Assembly Tech., Ltd (hereinafter named as “Anst”), is an affiliation of China Resource Micro-electronics, which has been the core corporation of the China Resource Logic as well as a renowned national Micro-electronics enterprise in China. Anst now enters a joint venture with STATS Chip PAC, the third largest semi-conductor assembly and test enterprise in the world. The company mainly focuses on the subcontracting service of semi-conductor chip design, IC assembly and test, wafer grinding for wafer foundry providers.

       Anst is located in Zone B of Wuxi High-tech Development District, with Wuxi airport in the east and Shanghai-Nanjing Highway in the south. It covers an area of 360 mu initially and 35 000 m 2 newly added, of which 50 000 m 2 for the first phase construction. With 1700 employees at presemt, it has an annual subcontracting capacity of 20 billion leads in IC assembly and a turnover of RMB 300 million. Anst adheres to a philosophy of being “Honest, Practical, Professional, Teamwork, Aspiring and Innovative”, and strives for the maximization of shareholders and employees' interest. To meet the demands of expansion in scale and upgrading in management, Anst successfully absorbed a large number of experts and talents from overseas, and introduced the internationalized management information systems of MES, ERP, SPC, and BSC. Since the year of 2005, Anst passed the takeover audit of the ISO9001 ： 2000 quality system and the EHS system of ISO14001 and GB/T28001, as well as the audit of ISO/TS16949: 2002 Quality System of Lloyd's with the certificate issued by LRQA.

       Facing the rapidly developing semi-conductor markets, Anst achieves an increasing rate of 30% in production and sales in recent yeas, and keeps ahead with its specialized service. China Semi-conductor Industry Association, and China Electronic & Information Industries Development Academy regard it as “the most promising semi-conductor assembly & test enterprise in China”.
