| Wuxi China Resource Micro-Assembly Tech., Ltd (hereinafter we referred to “Anst”), is an affiliation of China Resource Micro-electronics (CRM), as well as a joint venture between CRM with STATS Chip PAC in 2006, which is the third largest semi-conductor assembly and test enterprise in the world. Anst mainly provides the subcontracting service of semi-conductor chip design, IC assembly and test, wafer grinding for wafer foundries.
Anst is located in Zone B of Wuxi High-tech Development District, with Wuxi airport in the east and Shanghai-Nanjing Highway in the south. It covers a total area of 360 mu with 90,000 m2 constructed area. Now we have over 2,000 employees with an annual capacity of over 40 billion leads in IC assembly.
Anst has a long history in the microelectronic industry, as we are the first IC enterprise in China since 80s of last century providing the Bipolar and MOS IC assembly and test service. Based on the capital support, technique, and brand advantage of China Resources Microelectronics Limited, Anst has its own stable customers both in China and overseas through continuously quality and service improvement. Led by the quality policy that “Meeting customers’ expectations and pursuing Zero Defect through continuous improvement”, Anst passed the takeover audit of the ISO9001 ： 2000 quality system and the EHS system of ISO14001 and GB/T28001, as well as the audit of ISO/TS16949: 2002 Quality System of Lloyd's with the certificate issued by LRQA since the year of 2005.
