Systemic Control Made Successful HVM for TSB

   

     After the previous qual lot smoothly completed its line-running, The first HVM for TSB in half a month finally was realized in Anst around Spring Festival, and its yield also met the article on the contract with TSB, which means the HVM service of Anst for foreign big customers has been growing up, the standard operation and systemic control have been formed as well.

     According to the requests on this HVM from TSB, except for the targets such as yield beyond of the normal standard, zero Open-Short, no mixing lot, shorter OTD and so on, the antecedent 30 lots should be treated as the qual lot, that is to say while the production is under the running, the following actions must be implemented simultaneously to prove the process control ability of the subcontractor: the whole processes tracking, test and datum collection of equipments in each process, and showing the picture of key process running.

     To meet the HVM requests of TSB, Anst was well prepared for it previously: First, all staff take it very seriously. Except for the arrangement and coordination of management team, sections pertained to Assembly Operation Department hold meetings focused on the TSB HVM preparation, and proposed over 150 actions, and finally we confirmed half to be carried out and improved by related departments and sections; Second, to satisfy the special demand of TSB HVM, we established TSB HVM project team made up by specialists in each departments, to train clerk in each position in advance, decide the production equipments, draw out ¡°Special Loading Instruction¡± totally compliant with TSB process control and operation process; Third, we worked out the comprehensive project for TSB HVM, that all the process parameter of the TSB processing products should be optimized and verified before the qual lots were put into production, all the appropriative equipments should be made quality audits with TSB products and bonded with TSB products, all the raw materials, tools and assistant equipments, spare parts should be make the process experiment and confirmation, and all the related departments would give the improvement solutions on the problems of line production, also with special topic meeting to confirm every detail in advance; The last but not the least, line running was completely compliant with the criterions. To assure the processing quality of TSB products, as long as there was 1 seriously unqualified product or 5 common unqualified ones in each process, the machine should be shut down for reason analysis. Quality verification should be made before production starting while the processing package changed. Through the collaboration among management, process, equipment, quality check, and operators, we tracked the line running problems as soon as possible followed the scheduled solutions.

     The successful implement of the first HVM for TSB, showed the outstanding systemic control solutions and running capacity, which also provide further opportunities for serving for other foreign customers with more loading.
