ANST has established test platform with stable foundation

     According to the requests of the test & assembly cooperation project with SCC, ANST acted as following the goal that setting up the biggest IC assembly & test line in China. Since the test operation system was built up in July, 2006, Anst made a big process as scheduled on the management system, workshop construction, department functions, employees recruitment, equipment transfer, system upgrade, and capacity expansion etc, through the considerate planning and aggressive cooperation by both the top leaders and involved departments, which came to be the stable foundation for its production in the next half year.

     After the signing of the cooperation agreement, Anst built up the test operation system parallel to the assembly one immediately. The function of production, equipment, product engineering, and production support etc. were set up under the Test Director, which hold the IC test platform. And the IC test workshops in the New District of Wuxi was also under the construction simultaneously and would be completed in this May, of which the test line rebuilding was completed and started running in October, 2006. Under the situation that there was no any test employees from the very beginning, now there has been a test team with over 50 engineers and management talents in Anst, which support the test operation for its mass production. In addition, the test capacity expansion stepped out, and its sample line for preproduction for important customers had been set up, by not only transferring equipments and technology from SCC but also purchasing some on our own. To advance the management level of test operation system, the MES test system successfully run after connected with the assembly one last November; at the same time, the building and pre-running of warehouses of finished goods, abnormal goods, redundant lot, failed goods, hardware & spare parts also was completed, both of which consummate the test operation system as a qualified one in the project. Along with the smoothly transfer of SCC test line and everything satisfaction, the test platform of Anst would grow up gradually with scale in production.
