Anst Successfully Passed the Quality Audit from CR

     Anst satisfied the HVM requirements for Cirrus Logic (CR for short) with its performance close to be excellent and was declared to pass the audit by CR on May 24th, 2007, after whom having made the audit on Anst for three days. CR was the third transferred customer whose quality audit Anst passed up to now, and its sales and loading in Anst were no.2 in all the transferred customers.

     During the audit from May 22nd to 24th, the team with 3 members from CR under the leadership of Mr. Onick Gamez—the Operation Director, made a systematic audit on Anst with its contents covered the management function, document control, purchasing administration, process control, equipment arrangement, staff training, methods of correction, prevention and improvement, unqualified products disposal, line handling and so on from Assembly operation department to Test. Customers were impressed by Anst’s nicer quality management system and well-regulated line, and they pointed out the items needed improving as well. Assembly got the score up to 86.45, and Test got 86.83, which were much higher than the qualified standard at 70 of CR.
