Mr. Zhu Jinkun ¡¯s Visit to Anst
On July 10th, 2007, Mr. Zhu Jinkun- the Chairman of CRM, inspected the test workshop and assembly line of Anst accompanied by Mr. Wang Guoping-the General Manager of CRM, Ms. Wang Peihui-the Financial Director, Mr. Tang Liqiang-the Vice General Manager, Ms. Wang Ying and so on. Mr Zhang Xiaojian reported to Mr. Zhu Jinkun about the business condition of Anst. Mr. Zhu Jinkun also had a face-to-face talk with the management group of Anst.
While inspecting the new test workshop, Mr. Zhu Jinkun heard the report about situations of test workshop, and inquired the details of the process, layout, production scale, processing cost, personnel structure, equipment and production transfer, and so on. Mr. Zhu Jinkun recognized the growth of the assembly scale and efforts Anst made for which after the assembly line tour.
During Mr. Zhu¡¯s talk with the management group, to whom Mr. Zhang Xiaojian¡ªthe General Manager of Anst, made a detailed report on the sales, OEE, SCC equipment transfer, qual lot, problems the program suffered, turn over rate, profit, cost invested, labor cost orientation, process of transfer program, sales forecast from transferred customers, main problems and their solutions and so on. Whereafter, Mr. Zhu communicated with the management group of Anst on the topics of talents bring-in, staff salary policy, how to make full use of experienced engineers, finance and information support, group brand support and so on. Mr. Zhu and Mr. Wang Guoping gave detailed answers respectively to the questions Anst group inquired. Finally, Mr. Zhu made a speech on how to think about the performance and management situation of Anst, on continually pushing the transfer program especially oversea customer transfer, enhancing the development of domestic market and customers, optimizing company structure, continuing bringing in talents and improving management ability.
