Another Transferred Package of the Joint Venture Realized Mass Production

     Another transferred package-SOIC8, which is one of the main transferred packages of oversea customer-Intersil, realized mass production recently. After passing the qual lot audit by Intersil, about 7.5kk SOIC8 was put into LVM on July 31st, and was delivered to the customer on August 9th and 14th in succession after assembly and test done with prior release and insuring processing quality.

     10kk SOIC8 was formally put into HVM on August 7th. The oversea customer and production transfer will enter to a new phase since the capacity is double which was before along with the transfer of related tools.
