Anst Successfully Passed the IBM Audit
On Feb 29th of 2008, the IBM audit team announced that Anst successfully passed their audit, which means Anst officially becomes the qualified supplier of its international high-level customer, and which is also an important milestone of the joint venture.
The IBM as a known transnational company is the main customer of ISIL who played the role as our biggest transferred customer in the joint venture. According to the international market rule, to be a qualified supplier you should pass its customer¡¯s audit firstly. Wherefore, the success of the joint venture depends on the passing of the IBM audit.
The Anst management team set up several teams for action learning and project improvement with all the staff to achieve the goals of the audit categories and solve the problem existing in the production with all of their passion after accepted the conclusion that we were unqualified in the first audit on October of 2007. Then we finally passed the audit under the friendly help and cooperation of STATSchipPAC and Intersil. The IBM audit members said that it¡¯s very difficult to pass the IBM audit in four months, which is also singular in their history. It means Anst is upgrading its management capability in compliance with international specifications in virtue of the cooperation project with SCC and that laid a foundation for the mass production for oversea customers in 2008.
