Anst Passed the Audit on the Green Partner of SONY

       From July 24th to 25th, Masatoshi Toyoda San who is the auditor from the end customer-SONY of Anst announced that: Anst passed the Green Partner Audit of SONY, which means Anst will be a partner of SONY in its supply chain, and the products Anst makes for any customer could be sold to SONY.

       And this audit mainly focused on the control of raw material and harmful substances during the process of production, based on which the team made an audit on the Quality Management System both in documents and site control according to 69 items as required, such as the inspection of incoming raw material and outgoing finished products, suppliers’ management, training on the awareness of harmful substances, management of disqualified material, the switch management of the leaded products and lead-free products, and so on. After two-day’s audit, SONY auditor considered that the harmful substances control system of Anst was qualified and he was especially satisfied with the harmful substances control of raw material and its training system. The SONY auditor pointed out 10 items needed improved, and Anst passed out the improvement schedule on that day. The SONY auditor said that, Anst should submit the improvement report to SONY in August and SONY would issue the certificate officially in September if the report could be received. The SONY auditor warmly invited Anst to participate the certificate issuing ceremony at SONY headquarter.

       The Green Partner has been widely received by lots of international companies, and has a big influence in the industry. This successful audit of Anst would probably improve its business development in the future, and Anst would also make more efforts on the environmental protection.
