As the Teacher¡¯s Day of 2011 was coming, the company sent a warm and practical present to 53 internal training teachers, a pillow printed with a personal photo chosen by themselves and a signature by GM Zhang Xiaojian. It was a heartfelt blessing and sincere appreciation towards all the teachers.
For all these years, the company¡¯s internal trainers have been holding their mission of ¡°pushing ANST to become the first powerful Subcon in assembly and test industry by teaching attitude, knowledge and technology¡±. They did their job and at the mean time sacrificed lots of spare time to teach the new employees, improved the quality of all company staff, and expedited the employee¡¯s knowledge updates and the company¡¯s development.
