The Cost-down & Efficiency-up Project Review Meeting of 2011 was held in Dec.1.18 Projects which had been registered and passed the initial review were reviewed again in the meeting. QA Director Mr. Wu Jianzhong held the meeting to review all project items. The company¡¯s other related departments took part in the meeting.
To make sure the equity of the review, the meeting was proceeded in the way of close answering and questioning to each item. The Evaluation Committee analyzed, reviewed and scored for each item one by one and finally signed their names. The next step is to screen out the excellent projects from these 18 ones according to the review results and to submit to the headquarter for double review.
