In Dec.14, the company held the Annual Wrap-up Meeting of 5S projects.QA Direct Mr. Wu Jianzhong made a speech on the judge of this year¡¯s 5S project implementation and future requirements. QA Manager Miss Lu Zhifang summarized the 5S work in the past year. All members of 5S project took part in the meeting.
In order to meet customer¡¯s requirement, raise the product quality and efficiency, the company set up the 5S project team and organization chart, and then held 5S project open meeting, made a series of improvement plans, built line/office 5S sample area, and popularized to other departments to do overall improvements to make each process tidy and clean. Through the efforts and confirmation time by time, our company¡¯s 5S was significantly improved and received all customers¡¯recognition.
The meeting required that next year it¡¯s still necessary to extend the improvement scope and ask every employee to attend it, so as to make 5S a daily job and habit, to improve employee¡¯s personal quality and upgrade the company¡¯s 5S sense and level.
